To Tag or Not to Tag – Part 1

Standard

We often hear 2 reasons people don’t want to consign: 1) they have too many items and don’t want to tag them all or 2) they don’t have many items to consign any more and it isn’t worth the effort of tagging.

People in the “too many items” category get there in different ways.  They may plan to have more children and hang onto everything until the last child has arrived.  Once the youngest takes their spot in the family, it becomes clear that the January baby will not need size 0-3 month swimsuits, nor will the size 6 month snowsuit ever be a good fit.  In addition, the new baby boy will probably never need the pink leotard and tutu – in any size!

Others may not realize until preparing to move to a new house just how many outgrown items they have accumulated.  Six plastic tubs of Transformers and Barbies may not be worth dragging across town to the new digs.  And the too small bikes and outdoor play houses will just clutter up the new garage and lawn.

If you think that tackling all that tagging is too big a project, we have a solution.  Trinity Tots to Teens now offers a tagging service!  For a small fee, we will tag your items for you and turn all those unwanted items into cash.  Get more details at Tagging Service.

To Tag or Not to Tag – Part 2

Standard

While the first reason for not consigning is probably more common, we do occasionally hear another reason: they don’t have many items to consign any more and it isn’t worth the effort of tagging.

People in the “too few items” category often have the best items!  They may have clothing in teen sizes, outgrown bunk beds and larger sized bikes.  These items can be great sellers if they get tagged and out on the sale floor.

If you think that tackling dragging out your tagging supplies for just 3 or 4 items is too time consuming, we have a solution.  Trinity Tots to Teens now offers a tagging service!  For a small fee, we will tag your items for you and turn all those unwanted items into cash.  Get more details at Tagging Service.
