Tagging Service Information

Page

Our tagging service is now closed for the fall sale.  We had a wonderful response and are working hard to get all those items tagged!  Tagging for the Spring 2019 Sale will tentatively open in January 2019.

How does it work?

You consign with us and we will tag your items for you!  We will arrange a time for you to drop off your items with us.  We will price and tag your items and put them onto our sale floor during our sale setup.

What does it cost?  50 cents ($0.50) per tag for hanging items (clothes), 25 cents ($0.25) per tag for all other items

How do we price your items?  You are welcome to price your own items or we can use our own list of recommended prices for most common items in our sale.

How do we calculate your proceeds?  We deduct the cost of the tagging from the total amount of your items sold.  The remaining money is split between you and us based on your volunteer hours.  For example, if we tag 20 hanging items and 10 other items, your cost will be $12.50.  If your items sell for $120, we keep $12.50 and we split $107.50 based on your volunteer hours (50/50, 60/40 or 70/30).

What if you have unsold items after the sale?  You can pick up your unsold items during our regular pickup times after the sale.  Any items we were unable to tag due to stains or other issues will be returned to you at that time as well.
